SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAMS
Many schools either don't have a feeding program, or have one that is struggling. They are challenged providing a hot meal to students who, without a viable feeding program, may not have a hot meal that day. Mission Hope Belize assists those schools build a better feeding program with upgraded equipment and or additional food items needed to provide a nutritious hot lunch to all students in need.

SCHOOL LIBRARY BOOK PROGRAM
A large number of small, rural, primary schools have very limited numbers of books for their students. We source out books in the United States from local libraries and ship them to Belize where they are sorted and distributed nationwide.

BELIZE CENTRAL PRISON
The Belize Central Prison incarcerates men, women, and juvenile offenders. It is operated by the faith based Kolbe Foundation. We provide a weekly Bible study for the women population. In addition, a audio program, A Moment of Prayer, is broadcast throughout the prison daily. A weekly devotion, Enjoying His Peace, is broadcasted every Wednesday. The Kolbe garden project is supported by MHB helping the prison grow their own vegetables.

ASSISTING CHURCHES & MISSIONS
Many Parish and Mission Churches lack the funds to have some of the basic elements of a church. Our efforts assist them in meeting their needs for Altar items including linens, Bibles, Candles, Holy Communion elements, bells, and Clergy clothing needs, and more.

ST. JOHN'S SOUP KITCHEN & EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM
The St. John's Soup Kitchen is an outreach program of the Anglican Cathedral Church of St. John the Baptist. Located on Regent Street in Belize City, it serves hot soup, bread, and rice to over 250 hungry people every Tuesday. The "Helping Hands" emergency food pantry helps families in dire need of food with a bag of essential food items to meet their emergency needs for food.
